Estudo sobre a Importância da Qualidade da Experiência no Consumo de Serviços Turísticos: O Caso de um Parque Temático

Resumo


Este estudo analisa a qualidade da experiência e suas relações com a satisfação e a intenção de retorno do parque Beto Carrero World entre jovens gaúchos. Foram investigadas as inter-relações entre qualidade da experiência, qualidade da interação, do ambiente físico, do resultado da saída e do acesso, bem como a satisfação da experiência e a intenção de retorno. A pesquisa é considerada descritiva e quantitativa, por meio de uma survey adaptada dos estudos de Wu, Li & Li (2014). A coleta de dados foi realizada no período de Agosto de 2016, com 429 estudantes do ensino superior, técnico e médio. Por meio do teste de hipóteses, destacam-se como resultados que as dimensões ambiente físico e a saída influenciam a qualidade da experiência, a qualidade da experiência influencia satisfação da experiência, já a satisfação da experiência influencia a intenção de retorno e, ainda, foi confirmado que a intenção de retorno influencia a qualidade da experiência, demonstrando que a qualidade da experiência antecede a intenção de retorno. Contudo, comprovou-se que a qualidade da interação não impacta positivamente a qualidade da experiência.
